Easy instructions, as long as you have a decent drill and a 1/4 inch bit for the pilot hole you’ll be sex swinging it before you know it.
Eda –
We used one of these anchors to hang a hammock swing from the ceiling in a bedroom, and it holds about 200 lbs with no issue. It was also very easy to install and swivels without noticeable noise.

I bought two sets of these to hang front porch swings. Start to finish the install for each set took at most 30 minutes. Highly recommend these…at least for hanging a porch swing.
